Prescribed industries, trades, businesses, operations and activities. 2 (1) The industries, trades and businesses, and classes of industries, trades and businesses, listed in the Table in Schedule 1 and in column 1 of the Table in Schedule 2 are prescribed for the purposes of section 6 (2) of the Act.
